The next adventure

Escapar del tiempo y vivir sin miedo
contemplar la vida y sus misterios
escuchar el silencio y perderme dentro
encontrar respuestas del susurro del viento...

So here it is, the time has come. Tomorrow I will fly to Texas to embark on a 30-hour (or hopefully less) adventure at the Rocky Raccoon 100 mile Trail Run.

It's my first attempt at running 100 miles (160 km) and I am very excited about it. It has been months of training and it's time to live the dream to its fullest.

Thanks to everyone who has sent me words of encouragement and reflection, and also to those who have supported my (sometimes non-sense) training schedule. I love you all.

Run like the wind, flow... and come back in one piece...
