The “flip-flop” technique
Cova & I went to Chiluca this morning. We haven’t gone to the cave in a couple of weeks and we were a little bit lazy because of the sunny weather. Well… lets admit it, the laziness was such that we didn’t bothered to change our shoes to climb.
We bouldered all of the 5.10 traverses in street shoes and honored the all-times-valid theory of:
If you can climb moderate stuff in sandals, imagine what you will be able to climb with real climbing shoes…
Of course this is not necessarily true, but we needed some good pretext to support our lazy attitude
