"Service not available"

We lost internet connection at Güero's apartment today. We spent the whole evening running after technicians and customer care from Megacable in order to get a simple response to what was happening. All they could say was that it was a general failure in the Coatepec area and that they hoped to have the service back by late night. Damn!
